How to get your SRS®?

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®)
Designation Requirements

Earning your SRS® designation is a simple three-step process:

  1. Complete the SRS Course.
  2. Complete 1 Approved Elective.
  3. Complete and submit the Designation Application (submit once you have completed ALL the requirements).
    • Submit three (3) closed transactions representing the seller.
    • Obtain or hold active membership in the National Association of REALTORS® as a REALTOR® or REALTOR®-Associate.
