Capitus proudly celebrates the achievements of 228 alumni recognized as Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) 2022 Top Producers. Accounting for nearly 15% of the total 1,561 Top Producers, this incredible milestone highlights the effectiveness of our real estate education programs and the dedication of our alumni.
ARA Top Producers: A Glamorous Affair
The Gatsby-themed ARA Top Producers Gala, held at the Southern Exchange Ballrooms, brought together nearly 1,200 professionals from the Atlanta real estate industry on April 15th. To qualify as a Top Producer, members must achieve a gross production of at least $5 million in volume or a minimum of 15 total units of production. This year, 1,561 members received the prestigious title, with 250 being first-time recipients.
Capitus Alumni: Phoenix and Crystal Phoenix Award Winners
Among the Capitus alumni recognized as Top Producers, several earned the esteemed Phoenix and Crystal Phoenix Awards. The Phoenix Award honors those who have qualified as a Top Producer for ten consecutive years, while the Crystal Phoenix Award is presented to professionals who have maintained the Top Producer status for 20 years.
